Notice to Penelakut Island On-Reserve Residents
February 26, 2021The Chief and Council have authorized a BC Hydro crew to site visit Penelakut Island in order to install LED 30000 Kelvin through the community replacing all the High Pressure Sodium bulbs in the street lights.
The replacements are planned for March, and as locations are on main roads, you can expect BC Hydro trucks and crews on site.
The work will rectify current burnt out lighting in the community and be more cost effective
